T&C’s Proposal/Option

At Knight Consulting, we are more than happy to re-purpose a building. We work hard with our clients to achieve the most out of the building both financially and aesthetically.
 
This is an example of a domestic extension in Southampton. We can offer multiple sketched schemes to allow the client to fully understand what can be achieved. This is almost a daily task at Knight Consulting.

We have recently been involved in a 70 dwelling greenfield scheme.

Having difficulties explaining your proposal to prospective buyers or your neighbours? Are planning still not convinced?

At Knight Consulting, we also provide 3D modelling. We believe this to benefit in many cases it helps to visualise and support planning applications.
